Vacuum Cleansing Oil

This is literally one of the best skincare products I have ever tried. When you apply it it looks like an oily formula, but after applying water it transforms into a cleanser. I love it! For all the girls with oily skin, don't worry; this product didn't cause me any breakouts. Instead, it has improved my skin, helping with the texture of the skin. It removes all the makeup!

I’ve been double cleansing for about 5 years, but nothing cleans my skin like VCO. It’s gentle enough to not remove eyelashes, but strong enough to remove eyeliner, mascara, lipstick etc. I love that satiating feeling of massaging the oil into my face and seeing/feeling a grit or piece of dirt come up to the surface and be cleansed out. A little does a long way. It’s mid August 2022 and since October 2021 I’ve only purchased one travel size and one full size. The full size has 1/2 of the product left still!

I'm new to the double cleanse but so far I'm a fan. I only do it 2x/week I dont feel like I need more than that, plus I'm kinda lazy. The oil provides nice slip for the gua sha stone massage (still learning how to use) which feels awesome. My skin is nice and soft after and no gook in my pores. Full size will last me a long time since I dont use it everday.

When I heard people raving about using *oil* to clean their faces, I figured it was a scam. Clearly this demonstrates my skincare ignorance loud and clear. I used the Vacuum Cleansing Oil only because a sample size arrived in a shipment, and I figured "don't knock it till ya try it." I fully confess to the error of my uninformed pre-VCO beliefs! After VCO, my face feels cleaner than after using standard soap, my pores are less visible (as if they've been, ahem, vacuumed), and yet my skin feels hydrated -- not dried out and pruny like after harsher pore-cleansing products. Moments after using the sample size and realizing the error of my initial expectations, I bought three full sizes (b/c free shipping, you know).

I’ve been using VCO for over two years now and don’t think I can go back to using anything else to clean my face and remove my makeup. Prior to that, I was already used to oil cleansing but used jojoba oil. I had no idea that an oil cleanser could work this well. Then at some point, I was tight on funds so I decided to try another brand of oil cleanser with similar ingredients that was a fraction of the price and was left sorely disappointed. It hardly removed my make up, my face was left feeling not fully clean, I experienced more breakouts, and the oil and make up residue afterward wouldn’t easily come off my washcloths after washing them. After a few weeks of using that other cleanser, I gave up and ordered VCO again. And now I don’t plan on using anything else. It’s my favorite SB product. I rarely ever write product reviews but for me, this one is worth it!

I was a little worried with it being an oil that it would make me breakout, but it was quite the opposite effect. My pores haven't been clean in.... probably forever, but they definitely are now!

Feels a little unnatural at first putting oil on your face (I came of age in the 90s oil stripping school of skin care) but I’m all in now! My skin feels supple and hydrated without being oily - I also no longer need make up remover! You skin has to be dry to use so I can’t really use for a post workout wash - only reason for the missing star.

It seems so strange to me to use an oil to clean my face, but this stuff is a miracle. After fighting with acne for years, my skin is now clear, but the habit of avoiding anything oily is hard to break. I have noticed such good results using the VCO with either bamboo or rose foaming cleanser for a double-cleanse. It is a game changer. Leaves skin soft and smooth and not oily and sucks all the little dirt particles right out.

The vacuum cleansing oil followed by the rose foaming cleanser is my favorite way to cleanse my skin! I’ve had oily skin my whole life and this cleans all the oil and make up from my skin and leaves it with a matte finish. I would never have believed it if I hadn’t tried it. I’ll never go back to Murad cleansing.

I have had acne since I was a preteen so I'm pathologically afraid of anything oily coming near my face. But I live in the desert now and in addition to acne, my skin also gets soooo dry and flaky. I was having a super bad skin week where nothing was helping the flakiness of my skin - I tried exfoliation and moisturizing and it made little difference. Enter Vacuum. WOW. I figured this would be similar to cleansing balms which don't agree with my skin. I was so wrong. I started rubbing this into my dry face and all the flakes came off immediately. After a rinse I had fresh, clean, flake-free skin. I was amazed at how great this was tbh. After just one use I had a nice glow again. I just bought a sample but I will definitely return for a full size!

So, I am definitely super into skincare. I’m always looking for something that both excites me & addresses the specific things I’m concerned with (ie, oiliness, occasional breakouts due to stress, texture & tone, scarring). I must admit, I was thoroughly ready to be disappointed in the products I ordered, as its happened before. However, thus far, I’m impressed. The products are quality & packaged well, and fit right in wherever they’re plugged alongside my other products. This cleansing oil is luxurious in feel, does exactly as it says it will & rinses off beautifully. I have dabbled in cleansing oils before, and this one is right up there with some of the heavies (think DHC). Definitely reordering. Another plus: these travel size products last, as the quality of the ingredients is as advertised, so you only end up using what’s directed or a smidge less/more. I was apprehensive at first to try oil as I can't forget about the teenage Oily T zone. At 65, unfortunately, still have some issues. But my nose pores have never been clean! And my skin is so soft!

I was a bit sceptical of oil cleansing in theory before doing it but it works! After using, I have had Whiteheada disappear like magic. If you cover your face with a hit washcloth after massaging this it, your face will thank you!

This is the first time I have ever use a cleansing oil as my first cleansing step.
I have followed the steps recommended by some SB You Tuber. I am amazed by the smooth texture of the oil and the smoothness of my face when i cleaned it off. I am still new to the oil cleaning. I do have little moments where one or two hardened white heads came out. I was able to do easy extraction on my husband's face. He is a happy man now as some of the longest, stubborn white heads came out with ease. I believe that long term cleaning will help to soften my skin cells and hence make way for easier extraction.

A mild cleanser that lasts a very long time. I pair it with the rose foaming cleanser and follow with the strawberry toner as my nighttime go-to.

I had to admit that I was skeptical about putting oil on my face initially but have seen great raves about this product so had to give it a try. Was amazed by how well it took off makeup. It leaves my skin feeling super clean but doesn't give me the dryness that some removers do. Best of all it doesn't react on my sensitive skin. Loving this makeup remover so I bought a full size after trying out the travel size!

I love the vaccum cleansing oil, super gentle but works amazing,,, pleasantly surprised as I have used oils in the past for cleansing but they never cleaned out my pores as this does.
Super happy so I purchased more cause I'm scared to run out!!!

Really nice light oil. I use it before a foaming cleanser, and it gets off makeup and dirt. My skin is on the oily side and it doesn't make it oilier, just softens. This time, I bought the travel size to take with me on a trip; I don't want to go back to single-cleansing!
