Green Aventurine Gua Sha | Facial Crystal Tool

I was a big fan of the crystal facial roller and wasn’t sure I also needed the guasha tool. After watching Adeline’s videos, I decided to treat myself. As a chronic jaw clencher and migraine sufferer, I can’t believe I’ve lived without this tool. In just a few minutes of massage, I can feel my jaw and neck muscles relaxing. I combine sweeping motions with more targeted massage on my most tense spots. The rounded corners provide many options for deep tissues massage around my temples, sinus, and jaw. I just gifted one to my SIL who grinds her teeth at night and I can’t wait to hear how it helps.

This piece is just lovely. First the adventure is smooth and in a heart shape, which just means love for your face. The tool is easy to use and contours to my face so well. I released migraine tension and see a fullness in my face and a overall relaxation of my face. It also have a subtle coolness as I massage that is just lovely. I won a guasha during the double cleanse challenge that is on its way to my friend (who introduced me to SB). You want this tool. You didn’t know you needed it.

I am in love with this. I use it at night for about 10 minutes while I watch something that only I like (K-dramas, anyone?). I use it with Ekaterina although with any oil it'll work and glide. It helps to promote the collagen in your face but even more so it helps you claim 10 minutes of your evening so that you can relax and get those knots that you didn't know you have out of your face.

I’ve been using various inexpensive guasha tools for over a year when I received this one. It is next level. The tool feels substantial in my hand, and glides better over my skin. I’m a firm believer in Gua Sha massage, but never used anything as nice as this one. I now feel that a quality tool can make a big difference.

I love my guasha for my face, especially for my TMJ during times of stress. But I’ve recently started using it along my feet and legs up to my knees to find relief from plantar fasciitis. This little tool is extremely versatile!

I'm not (yet) a long term user, but boy does this hit the spot as part of a nighttime face washing routine after a long day of writing. 7 hours of sitting in front of a screen gone! My skin did look nice and fresh afterwards.

Love this tool, helps get my Vaccum Oil Cleanser or Bamboo Oil Cleanser to soak in deep down into my pores! Feels great cold and is a gentle massage. Has helped me de-stress so much!

I have been enjoying some extra pampering for my face with this beautiful guasha. I can tell a difference in my skin’s brightness and plumpness. It really helped relieve some of the tension that had builds up during the holidays. Can’t wait to “guasha along” with Adeline soon!

I've only recently added the Guasha tool to my routine and I love it. When I have a layer or two of serums and moisturizers on my face, the tool glides across my skin, helping it to absorb more yummy SB products and signaling to all the tense muscles in my face that it's okay to relax. I added a jade roller to my routine this past summer and am finding that the two tools complement one another: it feels so good to use a chilled roller (it lives in my fridge) around my eyes while the Guasha tool feels especially good on my neck and around my jaw. And it doesn't hurt that the Guasha tool is lovely and feels good in my hand.

I have eyes that get tired very easily and no amounts of eye drops can take away the fatigue, dryness and itchiness. But recently, I realise that I am relying less on the eye drops and the only change in my lifestyle is that I have been using the guasha tool to complement my routine! I love using the narrower end to trace and massage around my eye area, and really press down along the eye socket area. It always make me feel so relaxed and soothed. I believe it helped with better circulation and hence my eyes feel refreshed! I will definitely recommend this to everyone who experiences eye strain and need the relief!

You need this tool. Imagine your worst day... You wake up late, get stuck in traffic, have a bad interaction with a client/colleague... None of those matter because you know you'll be going home to your beautiful green aventurine SB gua sha tool which will massage away all of your stresses and woes. You need to get your hands on one and pair it with your favorite SB beauty oil (I'm looking at you, blush oil!) I've never used one before but it's become a regular part of my routine... First of all, this tool is beautiful. A heart-shaped green aventurine guasha for your heart chakra 💚 It’s one of my favorite stones to help with luck, success and emotional issues.
Using the guasha for facial massage is so relaxing, as well. It’s a great way to unwind at the end of the day. I especially like using it cool (I pop it in the fridge for a few minutes). It feels really nice, and helps relieve some puffiness. I often get headaches, and using it at my temples really helps. I also use it on my feet sometimes. I work 12+ hour shifts and my feet really feel it at the end of the day. This makes them feel sooooo good!

I had never used a Guasha tool before receiving one in the Autumn Moon box. After watching the "how to" videos Adeline shared in the Facebook group, I thought I'd give it a try. The Guasha tool itself feels smooth and weighty to the touch, with precise edges and a polished surface that is cool and pleasant to touch. It's a pretty green colour. After spreading some Vacuum Cleaner Cleansing Oil over my face and over the surface of the guasha, I followed the instructions to smooth my skin from the central line towards the lymph drainage ducts. I noticed a reduction in puffiness and a relaxed feeling from doing the guasha massage. I have now built this into a regular part of my weekly routine.

This gua sha tool is just amazing. Facial massage with this lovely, piece of ethically sourced stone is the perfect compliment to the SB products. I love to use Vacuum oil and the Gua sha to massage away the days stresses. Using it feels like heaven and leaves my skin absolutely glowing. I highly recommend treating yourself to at least one if not two. I like to use two, to work both sides of my face at the same time.
